Podcast - June 2007

This month we present "Voices From Newcastle Green Festival". We had so much good material that we've had to split this month's show into 2 half hour podcasts. The first is a report from the 2007 G8 activities in Germany hosted by Paul from TRAPESE Popular Education Collective. The second is ideas about climate change, whether various methods are effective, and part of a do-it-yourself guide workshop about trying to live more sustainably - presented by James from the New Internationalist, and Paul from TRAPESE. Only one song. Bad Religion - Kyoto Now! Enjoy.

Podcast 1 - G8 Feedback Session

Podcast 2 - Environmental Ideas

Podcast - May 2007

This month we present "The Clips Show". On our podcast we have photojournalist John Elmer giving us the latest on his trip to (the West Bank) the Gaza Strip (ha!) We also have an awesome critique of the free-range (or happy meat) industry by Bob and Jenna from Vegan Freak Radio! Some awesome and very informative clips, strung together with top tunes and 2-bit sound effects! Plus, I openly throw a shit-load of profanity at Jamie Oliver! All this and more in this not-to-be-missed super edition of the Tear it Down! Podcast!!! Who could ask for more?

Music in this month's show:

Propagandhi - Name and Address Witheld
Greg Macpherson Band - Slow Stroke
Against Me! - Slurring The Rythmns
Mad Caddies - Backy

Podcast - Febuary 2007

This month, we are live from Films without Borders festival at the Star and Shadow cinema with special guests Teresa Hayter and Michael Collins. This podcast is a Question and Answer session which was recorded at the festival. Only one song in the whole show. Propagandhi - Cut into The Earth. I think the lyrics are very relevent to the subject of the podcast.
