Update - 20/04/07 - New songs. Shocks in store - By Lee
Hello everybody. Perhaps you people would like to know whats going on since we got our website back? We have obviously been writing some new material. We have obviously put a call into Jason "Afternoon Delight" Sanderson and booked some recording time in August. We have obviously been reading book after book trying to be enlightened enough to write lyrics.
I don't mean to brag people... but.. I do honestly think some people are going to be shocked when we finally get this new stuff out there. Imagine a darker, more mature version of the last stuff we did.
And if people don't like this... then it is true what they say about bands... or at least what I say about bands. You can put in imeasurable amounts of thought and sincerity, you can scrutinize every chord progression, consider every lyric, and dedicate hours on end to the causes which compel you to write... and people will still take no notice of you. "Success" hinges on personal popularity and ultimately whoring yourself to the point of embarrassment.
And as such, we are surly doomed.
...well most of us.
Update - 24/03/07 - Website stolen, Awesome News - By Lee
Hey guys. Long time no type.
Since our domain name got stolen (or more accurately, kept hidden away under the fat and bloated stomach of bureaucracy) we have been kind of quiet on the old internet. I will start posting updates again regardless and hopefully our domain name will be back early next month and we can once again start logging our thoughts in cyberspace.
Lots of updates today. The bio, gigs, audio and the photos pages recieved some TLC. New biography for a new year. Old songs people have not heard the recorded versions of are now online. I am feeling very positive about our band right now. We have some cool new songs in the works. We have a split out this year. We may be going on tour this summer and I just bought a new guitar tuner. Sweet.
This is strange. I don't think I've ever posted an upbeat piece of news about this band. Things are going well. We are a little out of practice... but be sure to come see us with Above them and Amistad on April 8th. Thank you Daniel Lesta. We love you loads.

Update - 04/12/07 - Final Gig of The Year and News - By Lee
Oh Hi there assholes. Just thought I'd keep you updated on whats going on with the band a bit more than I usually do. We had our first practice in 2 months last night. It was fun. Its strange though cos we actually never get any worse (or any better for that matter). I think its because we can't actually get much worse.
Anyway, it was good to run through some oldies again. Catch up with the other guys. We actually sounded pretty spectacular, so if the same can be said for Monday we'll be in for a treat. Compulsory tuning checks will be implemented I assure you.
New songs are soon to be written. I was showing the guys some stuff I had yesterday and all seemed positive. A little too positive if you ask me.... but I can't wait to get a start on this. Maybe in a couple weeks we'll begin writing the first one. I'm demoing the guitar tracks to send to Mallan today.
Come down and have a blast with us Monday 10th Decemeber when we take to the stage with Shermer, Pure Graft, Former Cell Mates, and Mansions of Glory. Marc Mallan has said he will walk off stage if I exclaim "This is Marc Mallan, He feeds on a diet of fists! And he's hungry right now!" just before the outro to Open Letter...
... sounds like fightin' words to me ;)
