I'm an architect on the information superhighway
But by night I like to build websites on the internet...
Periodically (meaning... whenever Uni Wrong records something with Jason Sanderson) we here at Tear it Down Collective are enlisted to undertake a number of tasks involved in the distribution of audio signals. This page is to be used for the dissemination of those intangible patterns of sound, and also to let you know that at some point, we may (or may not) be interested in recording your terrible band.

CD Packaging and Related Audio

Uni Wrong - Cheap Talk/Short Memories EP

1) Use As Diected (audio)

2) Weak Handshakes (audio)

3) An Open Letter to the Uninformed (audio)

Our first CD packaging design project. Recorded and Engineered by Jason Sanderson in August 2007. Words like "rawer", "edgier", and "more commercially viable" have been thrown around. Well, two out of three ain't bad.

Links to high resolution covers and inserts coming soon.
Websites and Digital Construction
A simple and sleek design tailored to make navigation easy, fit all screen resolutions and give a flagging band a more professional appearance. Well, two out of three ain't bad.

In any event, this is a bastion of web design. The photos page features a flash slideshow viewer, and the website translates perfectly to various different browsers.

Can I promise its fully compliant with web-standards conventions? Certainly not. But it looks and works great. Besides... people should stop living by convention and start living their lives. Ya dig?

The very website you are looking at right now. I understand you cannot believe your eyes. The ingenius design allows for a simple, professional "less is more" look.

No flash or animated gifs allowed. No, not on this website. Instead the site employs notable and exciting features such as recieving RSS feed headlines.

Now past incarnations of this website have been learning experiances much to my chagrin, but I think its beauty and functionality speaks for itself these days.

The indended purpose for this site was to create a space which could stream and archive video. It needed to look sleek, slick and cool and embrace webstandards.

We think we achieved this.

We embedded flash video players, some of which play automatically, which was coded by the video host, and built the websitefrom the ground up, utilising sharp greens and subtle greys as a colour scheme.
